Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026 · Effective 2 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Onlast ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Onlast (onlast.football and any installed version), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Onlast.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract to use Onlast. By using it, you confirm you are 18+.

3. What Onlast is

Onlast is a platform for football survival games. Daily Last is a daily survival game: everyone plays the same worldwide slate, on their own account, with no private group, no league and no pot. Last One Standing is a tool that lets a private group of friends run a Premier League "Last One Standing" (survivor) competition: each gameweek you back one club to win, winners survive, and the last player standing is tracked as the winner. Onlast provides the software that runs these games, records picks and results, and — for a Last One Standing league — tracks any pot the group agrees among themselves.

4. Money — important: we only track, we never hold it

This is central to how Onlast works, so please read it carefully:

5. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't share your account or let anyone else use it. Tell us promptly at support@onlast.football if you suspect unauthorised access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content, and suspend or remove accounts or leagues, that breach these Terms.

7. Your content and public leagues

You keep ownership of the content you create (e.g. chat messages, league names). You grant us a licence to host, store and display that content as needed to run the service. If you make a league public, its name and basic details are visible to other Onlast users in the directory. You're responsible for content you post; we may moderate, hide or remove content and apply filters, and may act on reports of abuse.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Onlast running reliably but provide it "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results depend on third-party data (TheSportsDB) which can be delayed or incorrect; where a result is ambiguous (e.g. a postponement) an organiser/admin may need to resolve it. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms — material changes will be notified and continued use means acceptance.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any money staked, pooled or owed between players; and our total liability to you for any claim relating to Onlast is limited to £100. Onlast is currently free to use; we hold none of your money.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Onlast and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use Onlast in a way that harms other users or us. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. §4, §6, §9) continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law where you live provides otherwise.
